As Alliance Leader, the following policies are established to maintain fairness, discipline, and effective organization. These rules are strict and apply to all CP Leaders, and members. Respecting them ensures equal opportunity for every CP and keeps the alliance competitive and active. • Mid Epics (Orfen, Queen Ant, Zaken) = 1 pt per member • Baium = 2 pts per member • Valakas / Antharas = 3 pts Per member Caller : 9 pts for high epic participation / 6 pts for Baium participation / 3 pts for low epics participation . (Caller points are applied only for himself,and can only be used for mid- low epics, and not for his CP) Ally leader : For every high epic earned, he cannot earn again for at least 6 months. For mid-low epics, and full drops, he can earn at any time, as long as the alliance approves during the weekly meeting.) - Low Epics: 1-week restriction before participating again. - Mid-Level Epics: 3-week restriction before participating again. - High Epics: 3-week restriction before participating again. Each CP is allowed to have a maximum of 10 members in clan This rule exists so that other CPs also have the opportunity to maintain their 10 active members. Do not occupy extra spaces without permission. If a CP exceeds this limit without prior notice, penalty points will be applied. Major events take place during the weekend. If your CP has absent members for Saturday or Sunday, you must inform the Alliance Leader Sunday is the most important active day for the clan. If a member cannot attend on Sunday, there is no problem, but the following must happen: - The member must notify their CP Leader in advance. - The member must temporarily leave the clan on Sunday. This allows the alliance to invite temporary drivers to fill the available spots. Members who leave for this reason will be invited back the next day. Clan activity is regularly monitored through clan pictures taken by the Alliance Leader. If during these checks: A CP is not 9/9 active (for example 6/9 or 7/9), and their members are still in the clan but offline on Sunday, then the following penalties will apply: The CP will receive penalty points., If this situation happens more than once, the entire CP score will be reset to 0 points., This ensures the alliance can replace inactive spots and remain competitive during key events. These policies are designed to maintain discipline, fairness, and strong performance across the alliance.
